JD600 Conference Producer - A flexible and mobile meeting solution

JD600 Conference Producer is flexible and mobile meeting management software. Conference Producer handles everything from registration of participants, attendance, agenda administration, speaker lists and voting to minutes and meeting reports. The software, normally installed at a laptop, can be managed by the secretary in the meeting or chairman.

Meeting participants can interact with the meeting by raising their hand when asking for the floor or use voting cards, the secretary subsequently indicate whether the participant has asked for the floor, to respond or to vote etc. Meeting participants can also register attendance via a remote voting device, ask for the floor, respond and register a vote. Both secretary and chairman can manage the speaker list remotely, accepting or rejecting requests for the floor, moving forward or backward through the agenda, speaker lists etc.
